Writers’ Paradise

I will be taking my laptop with me when I return to India. We already have one laptop there, which my brother-inlaw uses. So I will be needing a wireless router. A simple router is of no use to me. It will create a mess of cables and further, I won’t be able to use my laptop in my room. I will have to sit in my brother-inlaw’s room to work on my laptop. Getting a wireless router and a KVM makes it easy to wotk on you computer separately and without any interference. I like to work in peace, where I don’t have to keep looking over my shoulder every minute.

My husband was sharing a flat with his friend till we came. Now we have shifted to a new flat. We have two laptops at home. So it was necessary to get a wireless router, so that both of the laptops have internet connection. I didn’t want to buy a new one, because it is very costly. So we tried searching for a second hand wireless router, and luckily found one at one of the carphone house shops on Nicholson Street. The router is working just fine, and do you know how much it cost us? Only four pounds! Nice deal, right? I am a sucker for second hand products. But unlike my husband, I try to rein in my enthusiasm to buy each and every thing, just because it comes cheap. But this wireless router is really coo. The brand is linksys and it was a piece of cake to install it , it came with the instruction manual.
