I put on weight very easily. A careless night out or a small neglect at a weekend party can wreak havoc with my weight. But I easily lose weight too. I have discovered that walking does wonders for me. Apart from calming my mind and making me relaxed, walking helps me to shed some weight too. But that option may not be very useful for all people who need to loose weight. Some may try dieting and some may take pills. In my opinion the best appetite suppressant is water. It doesn’t add any calories to your body and still makes you feel full. I have found that tea also induces the same feeling of full stomach for hours, but I don’t like caffeine, so water is what I choose to gulp down. Though I have heard that many people have a tendency to retain water, which may affect them negatively in their struggle to loose weight, if they are relying on water as an appetite suppressant.

Why do we have to binge on things and then later regret it? Binging is also a type of addiction just like smoking or drinking. One should not go to extremes while indulging oneself. But can we blame today’s youth? They are a product of burger culture where everything from relationships to emotions is fast like fast food. When people are young, they generally act on impulses, without thinking of the consequences. When they come to their senses, it is very difficult to go back. Same is true about regaining a normal weight after putting on lots. One way to lose weight is through diet pills and one must look thoroughly for best diet pills, before starting.

Getting slim in a month, this is my target, and I have started to implement it from today. My main focus will be stop overeating. I was thinking of using some cheap diet pills, also in my dieting regimen, but have deferred it for now. I want to stress more on physical exercise and controlling what I eat. One way can be drinking lots of water or tea. I feel full when I have tea, though I don’t like tea. But it is better to have tea two three times than two gorge on fatty foods all the time. Lets see how my diet plan work. I will keep you updated.

Gorging on biscuits and drinking bottles of milk ( not wine, stupid) has begun to show. My body has accumulated fat on waist and hips and I can’t even tuck my tummy inside anymore. Actually biscuits and milk have a lesser role to play this time in my getting fat. This time round it is my inactivity and laziness which have made me fat. I am always sitting on the computer and rarely get to do any kind of physical activity.
The only exercise that I do sometimes is to take my daughter in the park. Ananya loves going to park, which is just a furlong away from our house. But my addiction for computer and internet makes me glued to it all the time. Then it is no surprise that I have become fat. When I came here, I could easily slip into my jeans, but now after three months, I can’t even think of putting on my old jeans. they don’t fit at all. May be I should go for liposuction. I have heard of Houston liposuction for fat removal somewhere. But I think I should consider liposuction as a last option, there are natural ways to get slimmer. I have to start rising early and going for a walk. Walking suites me. When I was working, I used to walk to my job and I never had to worry about keeping an eye on my weight. It used to be healthy living and healthy eating.
