I started this blog to share all the craft things and ideas that I have, but with all the motion in my life and career, I haven’t been able to do anything. Though you will find some wonderful paper mache and skeleton leaves tips here, which I used to make when I was single and had plenty of time.

Reviews: This is a blog for reviewing everything, from products to websites, from schools to companies……anything that catches my interest.

When I started this blog, I was so thrilled that finally I had got a site of my own. The set up had been done and I was in the process of adding content and taking care of other details. Everything was still at a nascent stage. I had a lot of work to do, what with other blogs, and writing assignments.
But I was not satisfied with my web hosting company. The pages were taking ages to load. I complained twice. Each time I got a noncommittal reply that we are looking into the matter. I totally lost the enthusiasm for starting my website. I wanted to design the the whole look and feel of the site according to my personality. But the slow speed of the server was killing my joy of getting a site of my own. I just couldn’t make myself work on it.
Actually I didn’t do a lot of research before taking this hosting service. I just searched a list of cheap web hosting services, and picked whichever was offering the cheapest rates. I didn’t looked elsewhere, nor searched for some information on how to choose a web hosting service. Some days ago my site got hacked. I change my password frequently, so it was the server which had loose security. Now I have learnt my lesson. It is very important to do your research before choosing a particular web hosting service. I have found a good site on this subject.This site provides a lot of good information through their web hosting articles. The articles can be of great help while deciding which type of server you should use for your specific needs.

Some days ago, when I was surfing the bloggeries forum, I noticed a widget there. It was regarding blog world conference. This conference is going to take place in September this year in Las Vegas. I was curious to know more about this blogging conference, because I have never attended one before. The blog world site states that if you register before June, you will get full access for $200. I discussed it with my husband and he is all for it. I know why he agreed without any qualms, he is interested in visiting the casinos that the las vegas hotels are famous for. I have clearly told him that he will have to babysit our daughter while I will be attending the conference. His mood was sour for a day, but ultimately we have an agreement. I will be at the expo till evening and then after returning to hotel, my husband will be free to get his hands on whichever dice he wants. Deal.
