Movie with Hubby

I went to watch a movie in theater with my husband after a long time. In fact we hadn’t been to cinema hall since I got appointed as a lecturer. As he also got shifted to UK. Anyways, this time when he came home, we went to watch a Hindi movie in a nearby shopping mall. The movie was enjoyable, but the one thing that played spoilsport, were the popcorn machines of the theater. When my husband went to bring popcorn in the interval, all the popcorn had already been finished. We had to make it go with soft drinks only.

Brother-in law returned

My brother-in law has returned from hospital, and I am amazed how slim he has become. I asked him jokingly what are the best diet pills he would prescribe for me. He is a firm follower of Ramdev and regularly does meditation. He has been through two major life threatening accidents, but his body staged tough fight and each time he defeated death. He is a real survivor.

Diarrhea Control

My daughter got diarrhea after some days of returning to India. I had to be very cautious in giving her foods and other stuff to eat. It is a matter of no time that children get caught in the web of diseases as their immune system is weaker than adults. I give her some Ayurvedic tablets for colon cleanse. It makes her stomach clean and clear of all the harmful toxins.

Mosquito Menace

This time, summers are a bit coller this time, though monsoon is said to be late. The weather is behaving the same way that happens in Bangalore. When a day gets a little bit hotter, it will definitely rain the next day.The cool breeze gives a respite from the hot and humid weather, but the mosquitos are creating problems. Their bite is so stingy that I am always left scracting the spot for half an hour. My daughter has developed acne from scratching the mosquito bites.

Lost Friends

When I became active on internet, the first thing I did was to search for my college friends. We were five friends in our group. Four of us were school friends and fifth one joined us in college. After graduation, we went our separate ways. I chose journalism, Shaweta opted for medicine, Shivali aka Rajni got married and Reena went to Hisar for further studies in Hisar agricultural University. We lost contact with each other. Shaweta lived in my town, but I was so busy with work that I never got time to meet her.
I have been searching for my lost friends since I first went to London. Its ironical that when I was near them, I had no inclination of meeting them, and after reaching far away land, I was anxious to know about them. There are many people finders where you type a name, say for example :Dan Neumeister, and you will get full biodata of the person.
I have not been lucky in my search, but I hope to find them some day.
