Writers’ Paradise

I have thing for guitars. I fell in love with it when I was studying. I think that most of the music and guitar love generates in people in college. I have seen so many budding artists in college. I myself bought one of the esp guitars. I had to sell it to pay for my tution. Now out of the blue and after so many years, I am again thinking of taking up my hobby. So a basic one will do.

I am always worried about my son’s health. He is suffering from a urine infection. Doctor has prescribed antibiotics for him for a week. He has had cold too. Doctor said that it will deal with cold too. On top of that I noticed that he had a red bulge on lower gum where his tooth had broken. I am too stressed tp think anything other than how to make him feel better. He is not eating well and totally dislike to take medicines. Its a tug of war between me and him when it’s time to give his medicine. I have to go to town center for sampling some home address signs, the one at our house is totally washed out. I am worried that the sleeping pattern of veer will be disturbed and it will add to aggravate his illness.

My daughter will be attending her first Mufti Day at school and she is pretty excited about it. She is going to wear her prettiest dress tomorrow. It is a baby pink frock with pink ribbon roses. My sister bought it for Jahnavi when we visited her on this trip to India. Jahnavi looks like a doll in that dress. I have bought some gifts for her to take to school too. My son is a new barbie fan. Jahnavi already loves barbie movies and now Veer loves too. They both sit in front of the TV and attentively watch barbie movies. I have taken several pictures of them sitting engrossed in TV with my canon digital cameras.The latest favorite is ‘ Barbi and Thumblina’. I liked Rapunzel more than Thumblina, but jahnavi has grown out of Rapunzel. When Jahnavi was little, she used to watch a single cartoon hundreds of times. This habit hasn’t did yet. She can still watch her favorite barbie movie over and over again.

This weekend, my husband was with one of our friends. The friend arrived late on Friday from Birmingham. He and his family will be shifting to London in June. He is working as a manager in Edinburgh Post office. He wanted to look at a post office in London which is on sale. The running business including all the equipment like computers, laser barcode scanner etc. is for sale for £75,000. The friend is looking for a partner and asked my husband. But we will be moving back to India next year so my husband had to refuse.
