I have read rave reviews about this movie. Yesterday we went to our friend’s house. She suggested that we all go and watch the movie. I am not particularly inclined to watch movies in the theater. Its too much of a hassle. I am a big fan of movies. I like rom-coms and action flicks. But to make me go to the theater, the movie should be exceptionally good. My husband was telling that Slumdog millionaire has swept five critics awards. We have planned for a morning show as the tickets are cheaper. Anyways the sooner the better. Whenever I have to go somewhere, I am restless and edgy until its time to go.

The Bollywood babe of yesteryears, Mumtaz will be presented with the “Outstanding Contribution by an Indian in Cinema”. I liked Mumtaz in Khilona and Do Raste. Mumtaz was a trend setter with her short pallu sari. When I heard the news of her award, the song Aaj Kal Tere Mere Pyar Ke Charche came to mind mind. I immediately searched for it. I think it was from the movie Brahmchari. Shammi kapoor and Rajshri were in the lead. Mumtaz did an item number in it.Its a very hummable and watchable song. Mumtaz has worn the sari I am talking about. She is looking stunning in it, and the saari pronounced her figure. Here is the song for you to enjoy.
By the way, you must be knowing that Mumtaz’s daughter Natasha is married to Fardeen Khan. And Fardeen Khan’s dad Feeroz Khan has done lots of movies with Mumtaz. I bet you don’t know another interesting fact about Mumtaz, which I am going to tell you. Bollywood Newcomer Saad Randhawa, who debuted with Woh Lamhe, is the son of Mallika and Dara Singh’s younger brother. Now where is the Mumtaz link here? Mallika is Mumtaz’s younger sister. Shaad’s latest movie Dhoom Dhadaka got a lukewarm response at box office.
