In continuation with my earlier post, I have been looking for some sort of diet plan. I have found that tea is a good appetite suppressant. At least it works for me that way. When I used to get hungry during the college hours, I would take tea to ward off hunger and it always worked. After taking tea, I could spend hours without thinking about food. I am going to apply the same technique to get myself in a slim shape. Let’s hope it works.
