Sunglass Fetish

Ananya, my daughter is very fond of make-up and getting dressed. She changes at least four dresses in a day. Ananya has a fetish for sunglasses too. She has hoarded many pairs of goggles includingWayfarer sunglasses. She wears matching sunglasses with the dress and then stands in front of the mirror. How amazing. All small girls are fond of dressing up and looking themselves in the mirror. I never had an inclination towards all those girly things, but I want my daughter to want such things. I want her life to be full of exciting things.

My daughter is also the same - she loves all things girly and particularly pink! She also has very specific ideas of which clothes go together and which do not. We have some interesting conversations when it is time to be ready to go out but I guess I wouldn’t want it any other way.
