I am 32 years, and I have started losing my memory. I forget where I have put my documents, where I put the pen I had used a minute ago. It is really frustrating when I can’t remember a simple thing as the name of my maid.
The other day I met a lady in the market, she seemed to be one of our acquaintances, but I was so embarassed not to remember her that I talked to her for a whole ten without even asking her name.
On the other hand, my husband has a flash memory, he remembers all the phone numbers of his friends, all the anniversaries and birthdays and the policy numbers of different insurances.
I like sudoku, which is said to be a brain stimulant. But now I don’t get enough time for myself so sudoku is also out of reach.
