How to be a Natural Beauty
You can use ingredients you will find in the fridge and kitchen cupboards and make your own home made beauty recipes to get
beautiful and healthy-looking skin and hair. Following beauty tips will show you how you can be a natural beauty:
Exfoliate: Mix together a tablespoon of plain yogurt, a few drops of honey and a teaspoon of granulated sugar. Rub the mixture gently over your face to exfoliate and get rid of dead skin. This procedure will make your skin glowing. Rinse well.
Face Mask: If you have dry skin, mash up a quarter of avocado with two tablespoons of honey and an egg yolk. Spread it over your face ( avoiding your eyes) and leave for about fifteen minutes before rinsing with warm water.
Eyes: To get rid of dark circles around eyes, cut a fresh fig in half and place the halves over your eyes for 15 minutes while lying on your bed and relaxing. For tired eyes, enjoy the cooling effect of rose water cotton pads. Aloe vera juice is also very soothing so you can mix rose water and aloe vera juice.
hair:For smooth silky hair, mix the yellow part of the egg in a cup of warm water, then add olive oil( 1 teaspoon). Use this mixture after you have shampooed your hair. Let your hair imbibe the proteins. Rinse off after 10 minutes. If you want your hair to shine like diamonds, the best homemade beauty recipe Ican advice, is beer. Wash your hair every fortnight with beer and rinse well.
